Warranty
For new devices: You get a 24-month manufacturer's warranty on all new devices.
For old devices: We offer a 12-month warranty on all our used devices. Business owners receive a 6-month warranty.
This means for you: maximum security when purchasing!
Delivery
If you live in Dortmund, we'll deliver your purchased device to your home for just €45 without connection (other cities like Unna, Schwerte, Iserlohn, etc. are available upon request). For new devices, the delivery fee is €55. If you have all the necessary materials and connections, we'll be happy to connect your device for an additional €10. We'll also take your old, used device free of charge.
